The toiletries provided were more than sufficient for our stay, adding to our overall satisfaction. Location: The hotel's central location is ideal for exploring Graz. Major attractions were just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city's highlights. The gym had only recently opened while we were there, which was an added bonus for us! Food: Dining options were excellent. There’s a McDonald’s conveniently located right across from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was plentiful and well-stocked, ensuring we started our days off right. Additionally, the chilled lemon water available at the reception was a refreshing touch, especially appreciated during the hot summer days. Reception: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The reception staff were notably friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ms. Elea, who we had been in contact with prior to our trip to arrange transportation. Her warm welcome upon our arrival and her assistance throughout our stay were invaluable. She provided great recommendations on using the tram system to reach our desired destinations. The main station is well connected with trains (S-bahn) or trams. The rooms are super clean and nice (I got a four-bed room which was more than enough for me). The breakfast is well assorted. The staff was extremely kind and helpful (special mention to Fatima who really saved my trip by giving me an AC adapter which I forgot to bring). Plus, great value for money.
